A former Paramedic turned Writer, the change was warranted after confronting an odd diagnosis called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In the journey toward healing, practicing mindful living and finding your inner peace can be a challenge, but feeling peace in brief moments and magnifying those moments, celebrating them, and allowing them to open your consciousness can be a path toward freeing yourself of your past. The key is letting go of who you used to be, while fully accepting and becoming who you are now. My healing journey may not be over but my eyes are now open.
